How to Make Money With AI: 5 Reliable Strategies

Remember when the internet was all the rage in the 90s? Or how about cryptocurrency in 2009 and NFTs when they first hit the scene?

If you were an early adopter and got in on the action, you likely made some serious cash, especially with crypto and NFTs.

To be honest, I think AI is gonna blow all three of these outta the water. Yeah, it’s a new piece of tech, but mark my words: it’s gonna be huge.

The Future Is Now (Seriously)

What if you could ask an AI personal assistant instead of Googling your questions?

This assistant would sift through tons of articles in seconds and give you the exact answer you’re looking for in 15 seconds or less. Plus, it’s always available, never complains, and doesn’t cost a fortune.

Picture this, too: You type in a topic and a few keywords, and voila! An entire PowerPoint presentation is automatically generated.

Not just that, you can create all sorts of media like pictures, copy, and even sales scripts without lifting a finger.

Ready or not, this is the world we’re living in right now. You’ll have to decide if you’ll get ahead of the game or write it off until you’re too late.

If you choose the latter, I’ve got some sweet business ideas for you that involve using AI. You don’t need to be a genius to get started—I’ve got some of my own ideas and some popular ones that’ll work for anyone.

Whether you’re a busy person without much cash or experience—or a seasoned pro with a chunk of change to invest—there’s something here for you.

1. Value Arbitrage

Let’s talk about a concept that’s pure genius: value arbitrage. It’s how Lensa raked in a cool million dollars in a single day.

Basically, value arbitrage means taking something valuable and repackaging it for a specific audience to sell at a higher price. It’s like digital dropshipping.

A non-AI example of value arbitrage is Airbnb.

Say you’re renting out a regular apartment for $2,200 a month.

But then you add some cool furniture and games, list it on Airbnb for $3,500-$4,000 a month, and boom! You’ve repackaged something simple to increase its value and make more money.

Follow Lensa’s Example

I mentioned Lensa just now—an app that uses AI to turn your picture into cartoon avatars in different styles, like punk or retro.

The AI model that makes these cartoons (Stable Diffusion) is free, but Lensa made it easier to use and marketed it to viral effect. They took something valuable and made it more user-friendly, leading to major profits.

Lexica is also using Stable Diffusion (SD) to make money.

They built a Stable Diffusion search engine, which they monetize by selling access to their own model of SD.

2. ChatGPT Trading

Now, let’s talk about ChatGPT. If you don’t already know (you probably do), it’s an AI program that can answer almost any question using all the internet’s available information up until a certain time (it changes).

It can even correct your writing or fix your code. But it doesn’t stop there—you can generate almost any kind of complex work in no time with this free AI.

It can do anything you ask it to do. And it’ll inevitably become even smarter and more efficient as they update and improve it.

Initially, I had some fun with ChatGPT by asking it about the meaning of life and rewriting famous quotes in Shakespeare’s writing style.

However, I eventually got serious and asked ChatGPT to write a trading strategy in Python script that buys Ethereum whenever the RSI dips below 30 and sells that asset whenever the RSI goes above 70 on a daily candle.

In just 15 seconds, ChatGPT generated the code that gave me a trading strategy.

After making a few adjustments and uploading it to TradingView, I could backtest the strategy, which won 59% of the time. This is pretty impressive, considering it was my first attempt.

Some people have taken this concept even further.

For example, I saw a video on YouTube where someone continuously tweaked indicators and bumped up his percentage profit until he got the highest number he could—an 11,000% return on 400 trades.

3. Copywriting

A business dealing with words, like copywriting, can benefit from AI immediately. This includes sales, product descriptions, ad copy, email marketing, and blogging.

AI-powered writing empowers copywriters to outsource much of their work to robots. Once an AI (like ChatGPT) gives an output, the copywriter can revise it into a human-ready product.

So whether you have copywriting experience or not, you can easily use OpenAI to write emails for companies or individuals and charge a terrific margin. You can start with a dedicated tool like Copy AI or engineer copywriting prompts for ChatGPT to work with.

Just remember that, ultimately, you need to produce something of value. That means taking the AI’s initial output and making it into a coherent, valuable piece of copy so that consumers can buy it.

4. Thumbnail Design

Big YouTubers commonly hire professional thumbnail creators to maximize their click-through rate. MrBeast, for example, reportedly pays $10,000 per video.

However, with AI and some Photoshop skills, thumbnail creators can make more creative images faster and easier, Rather than spending hours drawing graphics, they can just generate thumbnails in Midjourney using specialized prompts.

And if you doubt the power of AI art, check out Midjourney’s official community showcase.

Using AI, you can make crazy thumbnails nobody’s ever seen on YouTube—thumbnails generated fast and for a fraction of the cost of hiring designers.

So if you have the creative flair, buy a Midjourney subscription and create a design agency that provides YouTubers and content creators with high-quality thumbnails.

5. Freelance Writing

If you enjoy writing, you don’t have to limit yourself to copywriting. You can use AI for freelance writing, too.

OpenAI’s GPT-3 model can produce whole articles on any subject—from sports to technology to travel—in a snap. Plus, the more you train the AI, the better it’ll become at writing.

Now keep in mind that AI-generated articles aren’t perfect, but they’re an excellent starting point for freelancers who are strapped for time or want to diversify.

I recommend using a specialized tool like Lex Page or Jasper.

Both programs allow you to write articles with the help of AI, not just rehash existing content.

Don’t Get Left Behind

So, while I’ve only mentioned a few of the opportunities available, it’s clear why AI is growing so quickly—it’s becoming an invaluable tool for businesses and entrepreneurs alike.

So if you want to stay competitive, I urge you to start using AI—either as a part of your business or as a profit-making venture on its own.

AI is revolutionizing how we work and live, and if you don’t capitalize on the opportunities it offers, you’ll be left behind. Remember: there’s no room for complacency in the AI-based economy of the future.

  1. We can use ChatGPT for content writing and copywriting, but I have noticed a limitation in terms of grammar. When checking the text with Grammarly, I found that there are a few grammatical errors in the sentences.
